This is where you can find general announcements about the programs offered for Middle School and High School Students. Check out the information, and get connections for downloading calendars, forms, and other important information.

Immersion Student Ministries exists to Encounter the Kingdom of God by Engaging students in His Word and Work.

MS AND HS YOUTH GROUP:  It's getting closer to Youth Group time again.  Here are some notes for advanced organizing:  We will kick off our season this year on September 15th.  Middle School will meet from 6:30-8, and High School will meet ON WEDNESDAY!! at 8:00PM for our first large group meeting (more about that change later).  The Drive in will also be held on September 15 from 5:00-6:15 in the church lot.  It will be a full day!  Mark your calendars now.

 

MS AND HS TUBING TRIP:  Interested in cooling off in a lazy river float with a bunch a friends?  Join Youth Group, August 28th, for a tubing trip on the Muskegon River.  Cost Is $20 for the day, including the tubes, and lunch.  We'll leave from church around 9:00AM for a 10:30 river departure and enjoy lunch on the river.  There is a registration form on the hub, or download it here.

 

BOULEVARD DAYS FUND RAISER:  Youth Group is selling lunch on Friday and Saturday August 20-21 here in the church parking lot as the Allendale Boulevard days hosts its community garage sale here at Lighthouse.  We need some of you to help out.  If you are a middle school or High School Student, Youth Leader, or other supportive parent or adult, we could use you between the hours of 10-2 on Friday and 10-2 on Saturday.  We will be serving hot dogs, ice cream, and other goodies.  Please let Brandon know at 895-4349 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. YOUNGLIFE NEEDS YOU:  Hey are you interested in building relationships with youth in either Middle School or High School?  We are currently looking for people from Lighthouse who are willing to get trained to work with Young Life or Wyldlife (MS) for the Allendale teams this fall.  If you are interested in serving in this way, please contact Brandon Sloterbeek for more information. YOUTH GROUP LEADERS:  We are always on the lookout for our next great adult friends for youth group.  Middle School and High School Youth Group leadership is one of the most rewarding positions within the church.  We get very close to students, share in their lives, and help them to grow closer to their Lord Jesus.  We train you, equip you and support you in every way we can.  If you are interested in serving in either ministry please contact Brandon Sloterbeek at 895-4349 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
