STAFF & LEADERSHIP

At Lighthouse, the ultimate leader of our church is Jesus Christ, but we would not be able to carry out our mission and work effectively without our staff and leadership team.

 

Our Elders are tasked with overseeing the work of the church and caring for the spiritual welfare of our members (Acts 20:28, I Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9). Deacons assist the Elders with the physical/material needs of the church (Acts 6:1-7,  I Timothy 3:8-13).

 

The Pastor is an Elder who is gifted and called to preach and teach (I Timothy 5:17-20). They are also assisted by many other staff who serve in various capacities to make our ministries possible.
