There is one and only one God. Therefore, there is one and only one true religion … the religion revealed in the Word of the one true God, the Bible. In the Bible God reveals the history of mankind from beginning to end. In fact, God reveals His sovereign plan from before creation, and His plan after this world is destroyed and God creates a new heavens and a new earth! God, the one and only true God, is sovereign, which means He reigns over everything. He is in control. He planned and created the earth and mankind, indeed, the entire universe, for His own purposes: to gather for Himself a people, a remnant from every people, tribe, nation and tongue, who will know Him, love Him and serve Him, and who will live with Him in the new heavens and earth. This chosen remnant will behold His glory, His perfection, His majesty, and will worship Him with the angels throughout eternity, time without end. How do you become one of these? Can you know for sure that you are one of these?? God says, “YES!” While some believe it is a choice of the free will of the old sinful nature with which every person is born, God tells us in His Word that salvation is HIS work, from beginning to end. By His sovereign choice God chooses some for Himself, giving us new life by the power of His Spirit, transforming our hearts, our minds and our wills. By His amazing grace our new nature now hears the Gospel, “the power of God unto salvation,” and chooses to believe in Jesus, trusting in Him alone for forgiveness and life! All who are born again by the Spirit trust in Jesus and live to serve Him, worshiping the God who saved them. Our lives are now His and we exist for His glory!! Thank God for His grace to you and live to tell others of this one true God who gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life!!!
